Our practice is intentionally designed to provide personalized, integrative care without the limitations often imposed by insurance companies.

Because of this commitment, we are an out-of-network provider for office visits. This allows us to focus entirely on what is best for you—not what is dictated by insurance requirements.

We operate on a direct-pay (self-pay) model for all office visits. Payment is due at the time of service.

Although we do not bill insurance for office visits, you may still use your health insurance for many other healthcare services, including:

• Laboratory testing
• Diagnostic imaging (X-rays, MRI, CT scans, ultrasounds)
• Prescription medications
• Specialist consultations and referrals
• Other medically necessary services covered by your insurance plan

Our team is happy to coordinate these services so you can maximize your insurance benefits whenever possible.

Many insurance plans include out-of-network benefits that may reimburse you for a portion of your office visit.

Upon request, we will gladly provide a superbill following your appointment. A superbill is an itemized receipt containing the diagnostic and billing codes your insurance company requires to process an out-of-network reimbursement claim.

The reimbursement process is simple:

1. Request a superbill after your visit.
2. Submit it directly to your insurance company.
3. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, your insurance carrier may reimburse you for a portion of your visit.

Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined solely by your individual insurance plan and carrier.

Traditional insurance models often require providers to see a high volume of patients each day while limiting appointment times and influencing treatment decisions.
